鏈式刀庫中刀爪與鏈條連接裝置,鏈條（3）夾在過渡板（2）的兩個夾板之間,銷軸（4）穿過過渡板（2）的兩個夾板和鏈條（3）,銷軸（4）與過渡板（2）的兩個夾板是過盈配合。過渡板（2）與刀爪組件（1）通過螺釘（5）固定。由于過渡板（2）為一體化的零件，能夠保證零件尺寸的一致性，不會出現現有技術中刀爪組件（1）前后俯仰過大。過渡板（2）上安裝有定位銷（6），刀爪組件（1）上設有銷孔。定位銷（6）插入到刀爪組件（1）上的銷孔中，與銷孔間隙配合。保證了過渡板（2）與刃爪組件（1）之間連接精度。本實用新型專利技術的有益效果是一體化的鏈式刀庫中刀爪與鏈條連接裝置，可以不需對刀位進行調整，降低對裝配人員的要求，極大的節省裝配時間和降低成本，提高刀庫的可靠性和生產效率。

鏈式刀庫是加工中心機床的重要功能部件，鏈式刀庫具有刀庫容量大，可擴容性的優點。但鏈式刀庫經常會發生掉刀、刀具不到位等故障。目前多數鏈式刀庫采用鏈條上的兩個耳板連接過渡定位板再和刀爪組件進行連接，由于鏈條耳板采用沖壓折彎，很難保證尺寸一致性，導致每一個刀爪的前后俯仰過大，刀位與刀位的間距超差等問題(如圖1所示)。這就需要裝配工人對每一個刀爪進行調整，其調整的工作量相當大，如果誤差過大，還必須進行相應的零件更換或加修處理，造成的成本的增加，也降低了生產效率。
技術實現思路
