為了解決上述問題，本專利技術(shù)所采取的技術(shù)方案是：利用釬焊、摩擦壓力焊、電阻焊(接觸點(diǎn)焊、縫焊、凸焊)、爆炸焊、壓鑄等加工工藝對現(xiàn)有設(shè)備稍加改進(jìn)，就可以將鐵磁性復(fù)底鑲嵌在鍋體的內(nèi)部。本專利技術(shù)由于加熱體復(fù)底在鍋的內(nèi)部，因此有些開裂也不會影響鍋在電磁爐上的使用，避免鍋的報(bào)廢。附圖說明下面就附圖和實(shí)施例對本專利技術(shù)進(jìn)一步說明。圖1是本專利技術(shù)采用焊接方法制造的構(gòu)造圖。圖2是本專利技術(shù)采用壓鑄方法制造的構(gòu)造圖。在圖1中①是鍋體，②、③是內(nèi)復(fù)底。在圖2中①是鍋體，②是內(nèi)復(fù)底。具體實(shí)施方式方案一：在圖1中鍋體①用不銹鋼或鋁材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底②用鐵磁性材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底③用不銹鋼或鋁材料，采用高周波釬焊加熱到500℃，加壓冷卻，使鍋體和復(fù)底結(jié)合到一體。方案二：在圖1中鍋體①用不銹鋼或鋁材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底②用鐵磁性材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底③用不銹鋼或鋁材料，采用電阻焊(接觸點(diǎn)焊、縫焊、凸焊)，使鍋體和復(fù)底結(jié)合到一體。方案三：在圖1中鍋體①用不銹鋼或鋁材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底②用鐵磁性材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底③用不銹鋼或鋁材料，復(fù)底上加橡膠緩沖層，上覆炸藥，采用爆炸焊，使鍋體和復(fù)底結(jié)合到一體。方案四：在圖2中鍋體①用不銹鋼或鋁材料，內(nèi)復(fù)底②用鐵和不銹鋼或鐵和鋁復(fù)合材料，復(fù)底加工有孔，采用壓鑄的方法，使鍋體和復(fù)底結(jié)合到一體。
